The Automatic Subject Tagging and Classification System developed with grant funding represents significant innovation. During the development, an algorithm and framework were created that enable multiple additional applications of the developed algorithm. The system can automatically classify, index, and catalog incoming network documents, thus facilitating plagiarism detection, document management, and access to hidden institutional knowledge and the aggregated knowledge extracted from them.
